		<description>Just a tip for those who can&#039;t give up their heels- there are all these rollable ballet flats that are available that are tiny and can fit into your purse (you can change into them when you can&#039;t stand your heels anymore).  I bought mine at sparepear.com, but now you can get them everywhere.  Obviously, shoe inserts also work well.</description>
