Chung Shi Rocker Bottom Shoe is a Class I Medical Device
We’re excited… there’s big news!! Chung Shi Rocker Bottom Shoes have been registered with the FDA as a Class I Medical Device. Very cool, but what does this mean?
Simply that Chung Shi is registered as a corrective shoe that supports the alignment of the body structure for function improvement. If you haven’t felt the Chung Shi experience, or have never even heard of them, learn all about them here or by visiting your nearest Foot Solutions!

Hello, I checked the FDA web site for the Chung Shi, as well as Sketcher Shape-up, but my search came up with no results. Do you have an FDA # that I can tell my doctor about?

Hi Lori,
Yes, the Chung Shi shoes are registered with the FDA as a Class 1 Orthosis/Corrective Shoe- It is a little hard to find on the FDA site.
